Meetings:
  • Commissioners Meetings The Board of Commissioners will meet in the District office every Tuesday at 8 am. If you would like to be on the agenda, please contact the office at 603-367-9022; email office@vdoe-nh.org; or fax 603-367-8357 to set up an appointment.
  • Asset Management Committee Meetings The Asset Management Committee will meet Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 1:00 pm in the District office. The Board of Commissioners will be in attendance at all Asset Management Committee meetings. If you would like to be on the agenda, or if this time is not convenient for you, please call 367-9022; fax 367-8357; or email office@vdoe-nh.org to schedule an appointment.

  • Theft Alert ALERT Recent thefts of watercraft from canoe racks have been reported. Having permanent placement of name and phone number within the craft may assist the police in recovering your property. All watercraft are to have owner ID on the craft in compliance with the Beach Ordinance. All watercraft are to have owner information by July 1, 2017.   • Class VI to Class V road conversion guidance A document outlining the process of changing the classification of a Class VI road to a Class v road has been developed. The document can be found on the Policies page of this website. Copy is attached to this notice for reference.
  • Fill Available Fill is currently available from the VDOE. Any property owner who like to have fill dropped off at their property should contact the office for a fill disposal agreement. Once executed, this agreement will allow the DPW to drop fill in a designated area on your property for your use. The fill has not been screened and may contain rocks and other materials.   • Edmond S Foley The American Flag in the Village District has been lowered to half-staff to honor the memory of Edmond (Ed) S Foley who passed away Monday August 28. Ed, a decorated Korean War Veteran, was instrumental in putting up the Veteran's Memorials in Eidelweiss and Madison.   • New additions to website The website has been updated with a couple of new additions: Under the Documents tab, there is a new page called Pond Testing Documents. This page will hold all the Volunteer Lake Assessment Program (VLAP) pond testing results and accompanying reports. Historical results are being added and new results will be added annually.
