The District office will close at 3 pm on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 and remain closed through January 2, 2015. The office will reopen Monday, January 5, 2015.

The next Board meeting will be held Monday, January 5, 2015 at 8 am in the District Office. The Board of Commissioners will not meet on Monday, December 29, 2014.

For emergency water system or road issues, please call 603-367-9022 and follow the prompts to report an emergency (#5). Your call will be directed to the answering service who will contact the appropriate on call party with your information.

If you need sand for your driveway, the District maintains a tax payer sand pile at DPW II.  The sand pile for taxpayers is the smaller pile close to Eidelweiss Drive. TaxPayerSandPilePlease do not take any materials from any other area at DPW II as it may jeopardize the DPW's ability to treat the roads in the District. Taxpayer sand is available at DPW II; 24 Eidelweiss Drive; The pile is to be used for personal use only.

With the rate of snow fall at over an inch per hour yesterday afternoon with continued heavy snow fall into last night, the DPW focused on keeping the main roads open and passable to all areas of the District.

Smaller roads and dead ends are being cleared this morning.

The Village District of Eidelweiss office will be closed Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2014 for Thanksgiving.
Should you need assistance while the office is closed, please call 603-367-9022. You may follow the prompts to report an emergency if one exists or leave a message for the office that will be returned during normal business hours.

Fall flushing of the water system will begin next Monday, November 3, 2014. Some customers may experience short periods of low pressure and slight water discoloration. Should you water be discolored after the flushing has been done, please run a large faucet or outside hose for a period of 10 - 15 minutes. If the water does not clear, please contact the office at 603-367-9022. The flushing program is implemented to ensure high quality drinking water and to comply with the requirements of the NH Department of Environmental Services.

WORK HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2.
Water Service interruptions will occur today as work is done to complete a new service installation for 12 Blinden Drive. Interruption of water service will occur after 10 am. All efforts will be made to restore service as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while this necessary work is completed.
