PUBLIC NOTICE / BUDGET HEARING
The following offices will be open to candidates at the Annual Meeting of The Village District of Eidelweiss on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Madison Elementary School:
Commissioner 3 yr. term
Treasurer 3 yr. term
Moderator 2 yr. term
Anyone wishing to file for office may file with the Office Administrator or the Deputy Village Clerk (Wooda McNiven) between Monday, January 12th – Friday, January 23rd, 2026. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:15am-3:30pm and Friday 8:15am to 5:00pm.
Final date for submission of petitioned Warrant Articles is Friday, February 6, 2026.
Public Hearings will be held downstairs at the Madison Town Hall Lower Level at 6:00pm on February 6, 2026. The Public Hearings will address the following:
- 2026 Budget Hearing
The Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Madison Elementary School. Voting will be from 8:00-10:00am. The deliberative session will begin at 10:00am.
