Scope Described

To place a three-valve isolation cluster at the intersection of Appenvel and Jungfrau to allow for isolation of that area of the District’s water system without interrupting water service to a larger area.  Reduces number of houses affected during water system repairs or upgrades in that section of the VDOE.
